TERMS OF SERVICE
As a client commissioning art from me you must read through my T.O.S and abide by them.

PROCESS
Clients are required to submit a google form which can be found here >
If I agree to your commission I will directly message the commissioner.
If I'm uncomfortable with fulfilling a certain request I will not accept the form.
I only send sketch WIPS and flat color WIPS. This will be the only time where you are allowed to make changes. You have 1 chance to confirm both WIPS as requested changes afterwards will result in extra payment so please take your time with confirming that I may proceed with the commission.

I frequently update this so you may view where you are in queue.
Finalized commissions will be directly emailed to the client. If requested to include a transparent version or different colored background is allowable free of charge.
Payment plans -
Installments of e.g 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 are accepted, 1-4 range of weeks allowed. I’m flexible depending on circumstances. Contact me through email/social media to disuss details regarding payment plans.
AS A CLIENT
You may NOT use the artwork for profit or associate the artwork with NFT's/AI
You may NOT claim the artwork as your own. Proper credit must be given if posted publicly.
Client is free to use the art for ONLY personal uses such as wallpaper, profile photo, poster, clothing (non commercial) etc. For commercial use contact me.
If you are curious on turnaround or the process, you may ask and I will explain the situation. However I will not tolerate with excessive requests.
If the client displays poor behavior towards artist, this will result in a blacklist and cancellation of commission.
AS AN ARTIST
I, the artist have the rights to artwork and post the commissioned work publicly.
I have every right to reject a commission that I don't feel comfortable working on
I Have the right to work on personal projects in between commissions.
I have the right to cancel a commission mid-process.
IMPORTANT NOTES
I am still currently in my last year of highschool so please respect that the commission turnaround may be affected by school work. The piece may take up to a few weeks/months to complete. I will not be taking any requests that require a deadline in 2024
I require a clear reference sheet. I will reject commissions that don't provide clear sheets or descriptions, excluding custom designs.
Commissions are only NON-commercial and are intended for personal uses. For commercial inquiries please contact me.
All of my art is copyrighted and will always have my watermark featured on the piece.
